Production Level Surface Finishing

Our Portfolio of Surface Finishing

Our part finishing services are exceptional as our teams are experts in plastic, composite, and metal surface finishing. Furthermore, we have state-of-the-art machines and infrastructure to bring your idea to life.

High gloss polishing

Sanding & polishing is one of the most common finishes for prototyping. Sanding is the very basic process to remove cutting marks or printing marks, in order to get a smooth surface. Get ready for a further finish such as sandblasted, painted, chromed. Ranging from Ra 0.8~Ra0.1, polishing processes use an abrasive material to rub the part’s surface to make the shine more less shiny, depending on your requirements.
Almost all materials can be polished to give the surface smooth and shiny.

Painting is a very flexible way to create a different surface appearance.
We can achieve:
  • Matt
  • Satin
  • High Gloss
  • Texture (spanght & Heavy)
  • Soft Touch ( Rubber spanke)

Tinted is another option to color plastic prototypes besides painting. It is a good solution for turn signal, tail lamp.
Material suit for tinted:
  • ABS
  • PC
  • PMMA
  • PS

Keeping parts in the long term, anodizing process resists corrosion and wear. It’s also an ideal surface treatment for painting and priming, and it looks great too. The most popular way to create a decent surface for electronic products. Apple almost uses anodized for all their products.
Mainly aluminum uses this process, and the colors that can be processed are:
  • Clear / Natural color
  • Black
  • Grey
  • Red
  • Blue
  • Gold

Chromed & Metallizing

This type of finish is only created protect layer, but also a super look.
What We offer:
  • Metalspanzing
  • Chrome Sputtering
  • Color Plating
  • Zinc Plating
  • Tinning

Logo & Symbol

There are various ways to create a logo, symbol, and text on your prototypes or production parts.
What We offer:
  • Silk-Screen
  • Pad Printing
  • Rub on
  • Laser Engraving

Bead Blasting

Bead blasting is the process of powerfully propelling, generally with high pressure, a stream of blast media against a surface to remove unwanted coating layers and surface impurities.

What materials can use this process:

  • Aluminum
  • Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Brass
  • Copper

Electroplated coating preserves the surface of parts and resists rusts and other defects from causing decay by applying electric currents to reduce metal cations.

What materials can use this process:

What colors can be plated into?

  • Aluminum
  • Steel
  • Stainless Steel

What colors can be plated into?
Gold, silver, nickel, copper, brass.
Smooth, glossy finish

Powder Coating

Use tools to fill the workpiece with static electricity so that the powder coating adsorbs onto the part to form a more wear-resistant layer, typically ranging from 50 μm to 150 μm thickness.
Almost all metals can use this process. The color can be selected according to the customer.

Custom Brushed Metal Parts

Brushing is a surface treatment process in which abrasive belts are used to draw traces on the surface of a material, usually for aesthetic purposes.
What materials can use this process:
  • Plastic
  • Aluminum
  • Brass
  • Stainless Steel
  • Steel

We are also providing:
Other surface treatments:
  • Powder Coat
  • Eletrophoresis
  • Sandblasted & Bead blasted
  • Heat treatment
  • Blacking
  • Water Transfer
